General Li

General Li was one of the previous emperor Kuang's top generals. Upon Kuang's death, General Li and 9 other generals set up their own territories and began warring with one another. General Li was originally based further to the north west but after the execution of Kuang's consort by General Bao, Li took it upon himself to march towards the Capitol. After a furious confrontation, Li emerged the victor and split Bao's territory with his ally Chao Ling. General Li then moved his base of operations to the old Imperial Capitol, Chrysanthemum City better known as Ju-Xian.

Years later, Li was attacked by Colonel Gao's predecessor General Ai. It was in this altercation that Dew's original home village was destroyed. The conflict raged for 2 years before General Li was able to kill General Ai at Crescents Ridge. Gao was able to rally Ai's forces but not before Li took a large portion of his enemy's territory. The two have had an uneasy standoff for the past ten years since the conflict. Gao's base of operations at PIllar's Base is rather well fortified due to it being at the base of the Heaven's Bridge mountains.

General Li recently received reports of Chao Ling's operations in the Song Mountains inside what was once General Feng's domain. After moving north to secure his defeated opponents territory he found General Xie occupying much of the area. In the 20th year of the Civil War, Li and Xie had small altercations in the Song Mountain range before agreeing to a cease fire. Chao Ling had gone through the effort of attacking and killing General Feng but then neglected to occupy General Feng's territory. Through the conflict with Xie, the rumors that General Li was supported by Lookshy became widespread.
